What I do

Medical imaging is a hospital-wide ecosystem now: interoperability, advanced visualization, regional collaboration. I sit between the infrastructure and the reading room.

Enterprise imaging

In modern healthcare, imaging has left the radiology department. Clinical imaging is a hospital-wide ecosystem driven by data interoperability, advanced visualization, and regional collaboration. As an Enterprise Imaging Consultant and Healthcare Informatics Specialist, I architect, optimize, and manage enterprise-scale PACS and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA).

Dutch networks

I have worked inside major Dutch medical networks — from large clinical environments like Ikazia Ziekenhuis to academic institutions like Erasmus MC — bridging IT infrastructure and frontline clinical workflow. The job is high-fidelity diagnostic information at the point of need.

Philips Vue PACS

I specialize in the Philips Vue PACS enterprise platform for radiology and functional diagnostics: diagnostic viewing, enterprise imaging, EIS worklist and HL7 orchestration, advanced visualization, and modality connectivity including DICOM PDF workflows.

Standards and iDX

DICOM, HL7, and XDS plus cross-departmental workflows (Radiology, Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, Gynaecology). I help organizations through digital transformation, clinical efficiency, and innovations such as clinical AI and Integrated Diagnostics (iDX).

Build practice

Outside the reading room I ship product: this site, the Worklist and PACS Admin simulators, HL7 and FHIR Message Analyzers, and lab tools such as DICOM Camera. I build with Cursor, and I run an active GitHub practice — versioned releases, lab repos, and continuous delivery for the tools on this site.
